Change Swift login password or email

Reset Swift customer center password

1. Visit or log in to Swift Customer Center.
2. If you can login, click on the icon on the top right profile. Click Password. Enter old and new password. Click OK to change.
3. If you forgot the password, click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions.

Reset Swift Accounting password

1. Log in ke Swift Accounting.
2. Click on the profile icon on the top left. Click Password.
3. Enter old and new password. Click Save to change.

Change Swift customer center e-mail

1. Log in ke Swift Customer Center.
2. Click on the icon on the top right profile. Click Change E-mail. Enter new e-mail.
3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new e-mail inbox. Check spam folder if you do not find the e-mail.
4. Follow instruction in the e-mail to confirm change of e-mail.

Change Swift Accounting e-mail

1. Log in ke Swift Accounting.
2. Go to menu Master > Users.
3. Click on icon in the user. Choose user.
4. Enter new e-mail.
5. Click Save.
